It's been a while since I last posted anything. I've been busy with my modelling, including the construction of a new scene and working on the small details of my existing project. Since there's nothing new to post, and I've shoved up enough works-in-progress, I've been a little on the quiet side, though I unfortunately seem to have migrated most of my random banter over to Facebook, tragically. This may be a good thing though; it saves you from a plethora of pointless rambling.

Anyway, I made a conscious effort recently to get back into both sketching and painting. It's been a long time so my meager skills are even rustier, but that's fine. The joy is in doing it, not just getting something finished, and I aim to practice a lot.

I took the time to scroll through some of my older sketch works, to get a look at where I left off, and I was looking at some of the replies I made to critiques I was given, and wow, was I ever dickish in them. I don't think I even realized how frustratingly dismissive I was. So for that I apologize, particularly to a few old friends I'm sure found me particularly irritating. It wasn't as bad as it used to be when I first joined this site, but it was still dickish. I promise all future critiques will be met with more humility and graciousness.

I'll be clearing out a lot of older stuff. A lot of older stuff. Things like stamps and terribad sketches will go, as will pointless 'shops I did for the hell of it, unless I see any merit in keeping them.
